Customer information
In accordance with the regulations in force concerning personal data (EU Regulation n. 679, 2016) we wish to inform you that your personal information is collected with honesty, for lawful ends and protecting your rights.
The management of your data is taken care of with the help of computers for the following purposes:
1. To acquire and confirm your booking of accommodation services and other services (such as your license plate number to allow your access to the controlled traffic zone), and in general to provide the services you request. The management of your data will stop as soon as you leave, but some of your personal information might or will continue to be managed for the purposes stated as follows;
2. To fulfil the obligation required by the Act consolidating public safety laws (“Testo Unico delle leggi di pubblica sicurezza”, article 109 R.D. 18.6.1931 n. 773), which states that we must communicate customers’ information to the central police station for the purposes we are indicating and in accordance with the modalities established by the Ministry of the Interior (decree 7th January 2013). The communication of your data is mandatory, and it does not require your consent. In case of refusal to communicate your data, we will not be able to accommodate you in our structure. The acquired data for these purposes will not be kept, unless you give us consent to save it as stated at point 4;
3. To fulfil the administrative, accounting and fiscal obligations in force. For these purposes the management of your data is carried out with no requirement for your consent. The data is managed by us and by our representatives and is communicated externally only in the fulfilment of legal obligations. In case of refusal to communicate the necessary data for the above stated fulfilments, we will not be able to provide the required services. The data acquired for these purposes will be kept for the time established by the regulations (10 years, or over in case of fiscal verifications);
4. To quicken the registration procedures in case of possible stays in our structure in the future. For this purpose, after we obtain your consent that you can revoke at any time, your data will be kept for a maximum of 5 years and will be used the next time you come to our structure for the purposes that were previously stated;
5. For the fulfilment of the function of message and phone call reception, or in case we need to contact you during your stay. Your consent is required for this purpose. You will be free to revoke your consent at any time. The management of your data will cease anyway as soon as you leave;
6. To send you our promotional messages and updates on prices and offers. For this purpose, after we obtain your consent, your data will be kept for a maximum of two years and will not be communicated to anyone. You will be free to revoke your consent at any time;
7. For the protection of people, property and the company’s holdings by way of a video surveillance system in some areas of our structure that can be identified through the presence of specific signs. Your consent is not required for this management, as it is in our own interest to protect people and goods from possible aggressions, theft, damage, vandalism and for the purposes of fire prevention and workplace safety. The recorded content will be automatically deleted after 24 hours, except on holidays and other occurrences for which the structure may be closed, but in any case, within a week’s time. This content will not be communicated to anyone, unless we need to respond to a specific investigative request by the authorities.
We also wish to inform you that European Regulations grant you the rights of access and amendment of the content, elimination, limitation or opposition to the management of content, together with the right to transfer the data, if it can be applied (articles 15-22 of E.U. Regulation n. 679, 2016). You can also make a complaint to the authorities in accordance with the procedures included in the regulations in effect.

Regulation 2016/679 concerning the treatment of personal information, including sensitive data, the personal information given on hiring requests with attached CVs is collected for the sole purpose of managing staff selection procedures. To proceed with our activity, we use some of your personal information. This information may include your name, your phone number, your e-mail address and any other piece of information that concerns you (“Personal Data”). These data will be used by Art Travel Point s.r.l Via Santa Margherita 7/2, 40122 Bologna, only in accordance with what is stated in this report, with the Regulation 2016/679 (“RGPD/GDPR”) and with any other applicable norm concerning personal data protection.

B. How we use your data
Your Personal Data will be collected for various purposes. Each of these purposes is justified by law and in accordance with applicable norms. The purposes for the management of your data and the justification for these purposes are stated as follows:
 
1. We will use your personal data to carry out all the activities that are necessary to fulfil your requests and to properly implement the contract between you and the owner. As to this purpose we may, for example, contact you to remind you of upcoming deadlines or of your contractual options, charge you the payments that are planned by contract, provide receipts, etc. The justification for these management purposes is given by the necessity to fulfil your requests and the contract; it would not be possible for the owner to properly fulfil the contract without using your personal data.
2. We will use your Personal Data to fulfil all legal obligations and all dispositions imparted by the Authorities, including the obligation to inform you before the stipulation of a contract, the identification, conservation and registration of data in a data bank, but also the obligations established by anti-fraud regulations. The justification for this purpose is given by the necessity for the owner to fulfil legal obligations; it would not be possible for the owner to fulfil their legal obligations without using your Personal Data.
3. We will use your Personal Data to assess your creditworthiness, that is, your economic capacity to carry out the payments established by contract within the agreed deadlines. This management is mainly meant to protect the interest of the owner in subscribing contracts only with subjects that present a certain degree of reliability in payments, but also in preventing that people with limited economic resources subscribe contracts that may worsen their condition. The justification for this management purpose is given by the necessity to protect a legitimate interest of the owner; the protection of such interest would not be possible without the collection of your Personal Data.
4. We will use your Personal Data to defend our rights in court in the case of violations damaging the owner, for example to instigate possible actions to recover debts, in case this should be necessary due to missed payments within the agreed deadlines of the sums established by contract. The justification for this management purpose is given by the necessity to protect a legitimate interest of the owner; the protection of such interest would not be possible without the collection of your Personal Data.
5. We will use your Personal Data in operations of securitization of credit (Law 130/99 and following changes or integrations) or transfer of credit in accordance with the Banking Act (Testo Unico Bancario, D. Lgs. 385/93 and following changes or integrations). The justification for this management purpose is given by the necessity to protect a legitimate interest of the owner; the protection of such interest would not be possible without the collection of your Personal Data.
6. We will use your Personal Data to contact you to communicate commercial offers concerning products and services similar to the ones you paid for; we believe it could be useful for you to receive worthwhile offers concerning products and services for which you had previously shown an interest. The contact for this purpose will only take place via e-mail, and you will be granted the possibility to stop receiving these communications at any time. The justification for this management purpose is given by the necessity to protect a legitimate interest of the owner; the protection of such interest would not be possible without the collection of your Personal Data.
7. We will use your Personal Data to contact you in various ways (phone, mail, e-mail) to communicate offers on the services granted by the owner, but also for other marketing purposes such as surveys on your satisfaction, market surveys, etc. The justification for this management purpose is given by your consent. Whenever you should decide not to give your consent, no use of your Personal Data will be made for this purpose. In any case, the missed provision of your consent will have no effect on the contract between you and the owner, and there will be no negative consequences.
8. Only with your further specific consent will we:
Carry out profiling procedures with your Personal Data; profiling consists in dividing people based on their characteristics, for example age, sex, tastes or preferences, to the aim of creating offers that are tailored for the customer.
The management of your Personal Data will be carried out only in case of completion of your contract. In any case, the missed provision of your consent for each of the above stated purposes will have no effect on your subscription and on the fulfilment of the contract between you and the Representative, and there will be no negative consequences for you.
 
C. Communication of your Personal Data
The Personal Data will be, if necessary, communicated to societies that collaborate with Art Travel Point s.r.l Via Santa Margherita 7/2, 40122 Bologna In any case, the management representatives whom the owner delegates to specific management operations have been carefully selected to guarantee the protection of your rights and your Personal Data. In any case you may request to the owner the complete list of people to whom we might communicate your Personal Data.
 
D. Transfer of Personal Data outside the European Union
Some of the recipients to whom we may communicate your Personal Data could be set in countries outside the European Union. Some of these countries might have norms concerning personal data protection that grant a level of protection and warranty lower than the one planned by European regulations.
To be able to protect your privacy regardless of the country in which your data will be managed, the owner will provide adequate warranties, such as standard contractual clauses or binding company regulations approved by the Authorities, in accordance with the law (articles 46 and 47 of the GDPR).
You will in any case be able to request further information concerning the transfers of your Personal Data outside the European Union, and also about the adequate warranties adopted by the owner by contacting him using the contacts indicated at point A of this policy.
 
E. Duration of the preservation of your Personal Data
We will preserve your Personal Data only for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes indicated at point B of this policy; we will delete or make anonymous all Personal Data that we no longer need to fulfil those purposes.
The maximum time of preservation of your Personal Data is 10 years from the moment of the request if it is not followed by a contract, or, in case of completion of the contract, from the end of the contract between you and the Representative, regardless of the reason for the end of the contract.
 
F. Your rights
The rights you can exercise concerning the management of your Personal Data are the ones mentioned in the GDPR, and more specifically:
1. The right to obtain from the owner proof of whether management of your data is currently underway or not, and information on the management operations that are being carried out (“Right of access”);
2. The right to obtain from the owner the amendment of incorrect Personal Data (“Right of amendment”);
3. The right to obtain from the owner the cancellation of Personal Data that are not necessary anymore for the pursued purposes, of Personal Data for which you revoke your consent to the management, of Personal Data for which you exercise the right of opposition, of illicitly managed Personal Data, or of Personal data that must be deleted to fulfil legal obligations (“Right of cancellation”);
4. The right to obtain from the owner the limitation of the management of data whose exactitude is contested, of Personal Data illicitly managed for which you oppose to the cancellation, of Personal Data that are not necessary anymore for the purposes of the collection, but that are necessary to you for the verification, exertion or defense of a right in court, of Personal data for which you exercised the right of opposition as we wait for the verification concerning a possible prevalence of the lawful interests of the Owner;
5. The right to obtain from the Owner, if possible, the communication to you or directly to another owner of your Personal Data, in a common computer format, limited to the Personal Data management that you gave your consent for or that is stated in the contract (“Right to transfer data”);
6. The right to oppose to the management by the owner of the Personal Data whose management is justified by the Owner’s legitimate interest, and to the management of your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes (“Right of opposition”).
 
You may exercise the above-mentioned rights by sending a written request or an e-mail to the Owner, using the contacts mentioned at point A of this policy.
In addition to the above-mentioned rights, you will at any moment be able to exercise the right to make a complaint for any issue concerning the management of your Personal Data to the Authority for the protection of Personal Data.
